Meet Leslie

Office Manager

Leslie joined our team in early 2021, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in healthcare and totaling seven in the dental field specifically. She earned her B.S. in Healthcare Administration from George Mason University specializing in Health Systems Management. She enjoys helping our patients and making sure that they leave our office having had an exceptional experience every time. She loves her team and feels at home when she’s with her CDA family.

Outside of the office, you can find Leslie with her husband and her two kids, Sophia and Thiago, who keep her very busy. She also enjoys salsa dancing and baking.

Meet Brenda

Insurance Coordinator

I’m the insurance coordinator at CDA Virginia, joined the company in 2021. I was introduced to dental in 2017, and since then, I fell in love. Love working with insurance, billing, patients, and my team members!

You can find me trying new restaurants/food and reading books! Absolutely love makeup so of course you will find me at any makeup store. I have a lovely chihuahua named Kandy, my world.

Six months part of CDA/eight years in the dental field
Treatment planning, financial with patients, answering phone calls, making appointments, social media
My favorite part of working with CDA is that we all have fun in the office but yet we are professional. We have a great team that works together and is able to communicate and make work a fun environment to come to. I first started at a pediatric office, and the fact that there are so many specialists in the dental field made me want to work with all of them. I enjoy watching horror movies, all movies in general, and I’m a foodie. I also love to be adventurous.

Meet Stephanie

Dental Hygienist

I’ve been with the practice for a year and a half. My main daily duty is to provide the best oral hygiene care to all my patients and support my colleagues through teamwork. I love playing sports and hanging out with my family. I have a four-year-old son who is my world. I started as a dental assistant when I was a teenager. I grew to love the dental industry by working with different practitioners and continuing education courses.
