Yamila Villalobos is a clinical operations leader with experience in dental care, patient coordination, and workflow optimization. As Operations Manager of both the dental clinic and laboratory departments at The Center, she supports day-to-day clinical operations, provider training, and the implementation of standardized protocols that enhance patient care and practice efficiency. Known for her strong patient education and treatment planning skills, she plays a key role in maintaining high-quality, compliant, and consistent clinical performance across the practice. Yamila earned her AS from Northern Virginia Community College and is dedicated to maintaining an organized, welcoming, and efficient environment where patients feel cared for and the team can thrive.
