"Dr. Harshit Aggarwal is a miracle worker! Yesterday was my 10th appointment with various dental professionals trying to either remove a stripped implant screw or lessen the pain and cuts it was causing. Multiple dental professionals have drilled it for hours, and gone so far as ordering a special toolkit and getting the product company headquarters to try and coach them through trying to remove that screw. One time I paid a dentist for an expensive temporary crown (that insurance did not cover) to cover the sharp screw head that my periodontist had left unexposed, which was cutting me. I had actually planned to have the entire implant removed with an expensive and painful surgery. But Dr. Aggarwal was able to remove that dang screw within 45 minutes and also keep my implant intact. This saves me a lot of future dental work and expense. He is also very friendly and happy to explain things and answer questions. His staff is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this office."

"This dental practice has been a part of Annandale for more than 50 years in different locations and under different names. For more than 53 years our family have all been patients. Of this practice. The dentists and hygenists and staff are the best. The office is clean, bright and inviting and each room features the work of local artists. I came into the office this morning for the replacement of a filling. Dr. Aggarwal replaced the missing filling using a more durable substance as the filling was on the posterior of a front tooth. I was very pleased with Dr. Aggarwal's assessment of the missing filling and its replacement."

"The Center for DentoFacial Aesthetics is an incredible dental office. Their dentist, Dr. Aggarwal, is the most skilled dentist I have ever had. He has all the latest equipment for all kinds of procedures. He also takes classes and attends conferences to keep up with the latest technology.He installed his own crown making laboratory. Using a hand held wand, he makes an image of the mouth and crown area (no gooey molds). This image is then converted into instructions for the crown milling machine. Dr. Aggarwal's crowns fit perfectly with little or no additional adjustment necessary.When I needed two adjacent molar crowns, he went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the procedure and took the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Aggarwal is conservative in his treatments. He explains the benefits, risks, and costs for each option. He solicits patient input and creates a treatment plan to assure a successful outcome.The coordination with Dr. Perez, the implant specialist was seamless. Once the two implants healed, Dr. Aggarwal designed two connected crowns that fit perfectly.He also stands behind his work. When a molar crown cracked, he ordered a replacement gold crown that would stand the pressure of my night time grinding.I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs."

"Dr. Aggarwal was great. I had a crown on an implant post that had come loose. My regular dentist was unable to access and tighten the screw. Dr. Aggarwal persisted, and patiently cleaned out the blockage, and reseated the crown with a new screw. This was a relief as the next step would have been cutting the gold crown off and getting a whole new one done, which would have been very expensive and time consuming. Dr. A is very calm and pleasant, and explained everything to me very well. I recommend!"

"After seeing Dr. Mark Egber for 37 years, I was very sad to hear that he was retiring and basically selling his practice. I didn’t think anyone could replace him, but Dr. Aggarwal and staff have proven themselves to be wonderful. They were able to accommodate my husband with a next day appointment to take care of a crown that had fallen out. I had to have a crown redone as well. He was very gentle and explained every step of the procedure. He is truly an expert in the field of dentistry. I trust him completely."
"I've been going to Dr. Aggarwal for over a year now, and he is by far the most honest and skilled dentist I have ever seen. He saved my smile and my confidence--and for a fraction of the price all his competitors were quoting. I waited over a year to leave this review, because I wanted to have enough experience with him to know he's the real deal. Each interaction I have with him and his extremely professional staff makes me even more confident in his experience, skill, and integrity. I recommend him to anyone who needs dental help, especially if it's in any way cosmetic. I had managed to really mess up my teeth and for a while didn't think there was any way to get my smile back. I found a "cosmetic dentist," who had me on Invisalign and was recommending some other pretty invasive procedures, but what he was telling me didn't seem right. After consulting with a dentist friend in another state, I learned there's technically no such thing as a cosmetic dentist, and what I really wanted was prosthodontist. I met with several board certified prosthodontists, and they all contradicted each other. What they had in common was that they were all expensive. One of them said I needed invasive work done on all my teeth, which he said would cost $30-50k. Dr. Aggarwal was the exception. After looking at my teeth, he gave me three options, walked me through the pros and cons and relative pricing of each option, and then told me to think about it and come back to him if and when I've made my decision. Unlike some other dentists, he's never given me any pressure to do anything. In the end, I chose an option that was much less expensive and less invasive than anything anyone else was trying to sell me. He did the most amazing work, and I've never been happier with my smile. It looks so natural that people don't believe me when I say I've had work done. It isn't easy to find a dentist you can trust. I've found mine, and I plan to continue going to the Center for Dentofacial Aesthetics for as long as I live in the DC area."

"If I could give Dr. Perez a million stars, I would. The practice's motto is "building trust in healthcare," and he is a master at that. I had had my trust in doctors shattered after experiencing some issues from a jaw procedure years earlier and I was gaslit by multiple providers because I have a rare, poorly understood titanium allergy. Dr. Perez believed me, and had the compassion to make be believe that we could resolve my case successfully. He's an exceptionally competent surgeon. I came in with a million questions and he patiently answered every single one. He made suggestions for possible additional procedures to improve comfort with my jaw and my breathing, but trusted and respected my judgement when I declined. He was more than happy to provide non-surgical options for me as well. Some surgeons just want to cut; Dr. Perez wants to do what's right for the patient. I'm a year post-op and feeling better than ever. If every doctor was as brilliant and compassionate as he is, we'd have a much better healthcare system."

"I have been a patient here for over 2 years and I have been with 3 different hygienist but today visit was so unpleasant with Stephanie. The whole entire time when she was cleaning my teeth, she didn’t clean my teeth with water nor give me the suction for my saliva. When she was removing the plaque on my teeth she accidentally poked my gum which caused bleeding but she didn’t suction the blood and my saliva so I had to shallow it. Obviously I cannot talk because she was cleaning my mouth so… She then gave me the fluoride treatment and told me not to eat any crunchy or hard food but she didn’t even let me know I was not supposed to put my Invisalign back on. It was a super unpleasant experience that’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. If you ever go here, just request for a different hygienist if you can. Christie is usually my go to but her schedule is pretty packed."

The Dentist could have told me I need a root canal (think $$$$) but, based on the x-ray and the Dentist’s exam, he recommend a wait-and-see approach. Plenty of explanation and what to watch out for. Best of all my visit was covered by my insurance and I had no out of pocket expense for what I thought would be an expensive “emergency visit.” Offices are clean and new. Would definitely recommend."

It is more difficult for me to know that all my teeth have been cleaned this way but that's because I have a severe learning disability. You will probably not have that problem and will be very happy that all your Chief work cleaned without getting poked in the eye as your hygienist change instruments to follow an arbitrary 1 through 32 circle of cleaning teeth numbers. I had a lot to unlearn on October 26th my brother's birthday which is yesterday the day of my cleaning and I feel that I have unlearned it today October 27th a brand new day with clean teeth."

"My dentist told me that I had receding gums on some of my teeth. I decided to go see a periodontist to get a professional opinion. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Phisuthikul, who (thankfully) goes by the easier to pronounce name Dr. "Eddy". Dr. Eddy was very professional, polite, and happy to explain his observations. He did not try to sell me on unnecessary work, and in fact told me that my situation did not require any special treatment except continuing with good brushing and flossing. I did not have to wait long to get the appointment, and I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. The office and exam rooms were very attractive, and seemed to have the latest equipment (nicer than my dentist has!). My insurance plan did not cover this visit, so I had to pay out of pocket. The price charged seemed reasonable."

The somewhat lengthy and uncomfortable experience was skillfully handled by Dr Phisuthikul (Dr. "Eddy"), Dr. Aggarwal, and their kind and helpful support staff. I was impressed that Dr. Eddy called me, twice, at the weekend, on my cell phone to check up on me after extraction surgery and implant surgery. The implant itself is outstanding. The color match and fit are perfect and it functions as I would expect a normal tooth (it’s strong, and no foods are off-limits!) Front desk, hygienists, and insurance specialists are all professional, helpful, and courteous. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with the services I’ve received at this practice."
